We are long time members of the Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
Chantal Richards, RCM
With 21 years experience in the multi residential and condominium property management, Chantal is our senior Registered Condominium Manager (RCM). She is well versed in the Condominium Act 1998 and that of the Residential Tenancies Act 2006. She brings unsurpassed knowledge and expertise to both types of management with outstanding people and organizational skills.

Orlando Spicer
Assistant Property Manager
Orlando brings 7 years of property management experience and 5 years experience as a Real Estate Agent and Broker in the Brockville real estate market to the River City Property Management team. He is an active community builder sitting on the Board of Directors for both the Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Leeds and Grenville.
